Liquids (3 to 5 liters a day according to the body weight)

  1. Purified magnetised ozonated water (1–2 liters a day with the juice of 1 lemon per liter according to the body weight) in the morning.
  2. Vegetable broth made from unpeeled potato (to be substituted with a sweet potato if A or AB blood group), carrot, beetroot, karela, green apple, pineapple, leeks/onion, pepper (not if A or AB blood group), celery, parsley, coriander, nettle, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, pinch of black pepper, etc. Boil the ingredients in 1–2 liters of water on a low heat for 20 min. Strain and drink the broth only (1–2 liters a day with the juice of 1 lemon per liter according to the body weight) in the evening.
  3. Herbal teas (1–2 cups a day revitalise Pukka, Hermes, green, rooibos, honeybush, sutherlandia, ginger, fennel, mint, thyme, alfalfa, oregano, cinnamon, chamomile, lemon grass, horsetail, agrimony, dandelion, parsley, etc.) during the day.
  4. Freshly squeezed vegetable juice (1/2 – 1 liter a day made from carrot, beetroot, cucumber, celery, spinach, lettuce, endive, green bean, kale, parsley, etc. During the day.
  5. Coconut water (½ liter a day).
  6. Bone & vegetable broth(1/2 liter a day made from fish/chicken/turkey/beef/goat/lamb bones - 1.5kg, 5 liters of water, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (optional), bay leaf, carrot, leeks/onion, celery, parsley, coriander, ginger, turmeric and pinch of black pepper. Simmer for 6-12 hours in stainless steel pot or use pressure cook for 3 hours. Strain and drink it warm or cold stored in the fridge for 3-5 days

Fruits/salads (only if feeling hungry)

  1. Fresh/soaked fruits(once a day all berries, apples, pears, peaches, apricots, nectarines, plums, soaked goji berries, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, persimmons, star fruit, prickly pear, dragon fruit, etc.).
  2. Salads or steamed vegetables (once a day pumpkin, butternut, gem squash, marrow, broccoli, kale, carrots, beetroot, cucumber, lettuce, onion, celery, parsley, coriander, fennel, dill, etc. with freshly squeezed lemon juice).

Individualised supplements (as advised by a health practitioner)

  1. Super foods (moringa, baobab, cocoa, maca, acai, lucuma, camu camu, mesquite, spirulina, chlorella, kelp, ecklonia kava, etc. Mixed in water or coconut water). Not if suffering from an anaerobic infection
  2. Fulvicforce – 25 ml once– twice a day
  3. Mega C 1000mg 1– 3tablets twice a day. Not if suffering from an anaerobic infection
  4. Magnesium complex 1–2 tablets a day if prone to cramps or having a permanent stress.
  5. Floravital – 50ml once-twice a day, especially if prone to iron deficiency, anemia, having heavy periods, bleeding hemorroids, being vegan or elderly.
  6. Selenium EAC 1–2 tablets a day if having any chronic infections, heavy metals or permanent stress. Not to be taken if suffering from an anaerobic infection.
  7. Methyl cobalamin 1 tablet a day if prone to vitamin B12 deficiency, being vegan or elderly.
  8. Vitamin D3 10 000iu a day or Calciferol 50 000iu a week for most people, especially if African, lack of sun exposure, vegan, chronic infections, deep bone pain, cramps, osteoporosis, depression, sweaty head/neck, tumour, cancer or elderly.
  9. Colon–fix (MgO4) 2–5 capsules twice a day if suffering from constipation, anaerobic/fungal infection and overweight.
  10. HQZ (herbal de–wormer) 2 – 5 capsules a day for a month. Repeat every 3 months.
  11. ConcenTrace 20–50 drops twice a day if having mineral deficiencies.
  12. Ginseng/Royal Jelly 1 ampoule sipped with a straw twice a day if suffering from low BP, exhaustion, heart/liver/kidney failure and above age of 40.
  13. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) 35% food grade 5–10 drops a day in a glass of water if suffering from an anaerobic/fungal infection, chronic heart/lung/kidney/brain condition and overweight.
  14. Cellfood 20 drops 2-3 times a day in a glass of filtered water if suffering from an anaerobic/fungal infection, chronic heart/lung/kidney/brain condition and overweight.
  15. Colloidal silver 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day for all chronic infections except anaerobic.
  16. Lugol solution 10–25 drops a day in a glass of water if having a thyroid imbalance, overweight, fibrocystic breasts, tumours, cancer or chronic infections.
  17. Zeolite 1 teaspoon once-twice a day in a glass of water if the level of heavy metals is elevated.
  18. Zlim Trim 2 cap 3 times a day if overweight.
  19. Hemp/pea protein powder 2–3 scoops a day to prevent muscle loss

Repeat for 2–3 weeks every 3–6 months as needed, followed by 2-3 weeks vegan diet, 2–3 weeks egg/fish diet and 2–3 weeks anti-mould diet. Then resume the metabolic type diet according to your microbiological terrain.


After completing the 40 days of liquids add the following for the next 40 days:

  1. Cooked beans, lentils and peas.
  2. Raw nuts/seeds and nut/seed butters (almond, walnut, pecan, macadamia, Brazil, pine, apricot kernel, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flaxseed, chia).
  3. Life Bake grain free toast/Primal Chow/Smartbite crackers.
  4. Avocados and olives
  5. Olive oil.
  6. Vine leaves.
  7. Himalayan salt.
  8. Stevia.


After completing the above 40 days of vegan diet add soft boiled, poached, scrambled egg, grilled/boiled fish or tinned sardines for the next 40 days.


After completing the 40 days of egg and fish diet follow the anti-mould diet according to your metabolic type for the next 12 months to clear the fungal overgrowth which is found in 95% of people.

N.B. Take bicarbonate of soda – 1 tsp in a glass of water twice a day to alkalize the body, Colon-fix (magnesium peroxide) – 2-5 caps twice a day with a glass of water to oxygenate the body. Take them 15 min apart. Check your house, work, car and holiday place for a mould. Scrub it using a mask, glasses and gloves. Apply a strong chlorine solution. Paint the surface afterwards. Avoid air cons and thatch roofs. Service air cons every 3 months. Test for Lyme disease and co-infections. The mould could be transmitted during conception in its primitive form.


After completing the 12 months of anti-mould diet follow a lifetime eating plan according to your metabolic type and microbiological terrain.

About 85% of all people have gluten/prolamine allergy/sensitivity (celiac and non-celiac) in a different degree.

All soy derivatives and Quorn TM have to be excluded for life even you do not show an allergy/sensitivity to them. Soy creates many severe imbalances in all body systems. Quorn is a mycoprotein derived commercially from a mould metabolism. It could cause many health problems.

Exclude completely red meat if your uric acid is high.

Exclude all animal fat and fried foods if your lipoprotein (a) is high.

Have an iridology and DNAnalysis to identify all genetic disease dispositions.

Perform a live blood and quantum resonance analysis every 3 months to identify deeply seated disease conditions and follow up on the healing progress.

Have blood tests done every 6-12 months to identify the problem and follow up on the healing progress.

Go for a food screen and ImuPro 100 or 300 foods test to find out about your food allergies and sensitivities.

Check your heart rate before and 20-30 min after eating a food that you suspect is an allergen to you. If the heart rate is 10 or more beats faster after eating this food, it is an allergen for you (Dr Coca’s pulse test).
